We want you to love your LoveShackFancy pieces as much as we do, but if your purchase isn't quite right, we accept returns of unworn, unwashed, and tagged items within 30 days of delivery. Please note that items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and security ribbons are still attached.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Download and print your pre-paid shipping label, affix it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to be credited back to your original payment method.
